PARAD SHIVLING: 50 GRAMS

This Parad Shivling is made from mercury that has gone through 8 special purification processes (called Sanskar). These processes are described in ancient Ras Shastra books like Ras Tarangini, Ras Ratan Samuchchaya, and Rasendra Sar Sangrah.

These 8 Sanskars clean and purify mercury and remove three types of defects (doshas):

1. Vish Dosha (Poison Defect)
   Raw mercury contains poison. This is called Vish Dosha.
2. Mal Dosha (Impurity Defect)
   Unpurified mercury may contain small amounts of metals like zinc, lead, or tin. This is called Mal Dosha. Because of this, mercury can leave black marks on hands or white cloth.
3. Agni Dosha (Heat Defect)
   Pure mercury evaporates at 357°C. But due to Agni Dosha, it may evaporate at a lower temperature.

After completing the 8 Sanskars, mercury becomes pure, divine, and free from all these three doshas. It is then solidified using materials like Abhrak, Swarn Makshik, and herbal extracts.

This Parad Shivling is completely free from zinc, lead, and tin, which are considered impurities in Ras Shastra.

You will not see any black marks when you rub this Shivling on your hand or cloth.

How to test original Parad Shivling:
If you place it in water under sunlight, its surface will turn golden within 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Parad (mercury) is considered a very powerful and sacred element in the universe. According to Vedas, Puranas, and ancient Indian texts, it is associated with Lord Shiva.
